I’ve spent my entire career in research. I started with state-level policy research, including conducting qualitative interviews, analyzing public data, and sourcing info from a variety of secondary sources.

From there I moved into the world of survey sampling, spending several years at a global market research supplier on the advanced analytics team, delivering full service quantitative research to major brands and consultancies. Here I became proficient in techniques such as conjoint, segmentation, and TURF. I’ve conducted custom primary research across B2B and consumer samples both locally and globally.

My next step took me to a PR and marketing firm, where I specialized in using research for storytelling and emotional connection. Here the primary goal of most research projects was to uncover insights to anchor communications campaigns, providing value to journalists and also supporting clients’ business objectives
